One cancellation is due to a U-Ship customer that has not responded since bid acceptance. With no p/u info. I am unable to p/u bike.

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate my shipment The shipper agreed to ship my scooter, but has now said he is unablle because of other cancellations. I paid a deposit and had an agreement to have my item shipped.
Response from vanman24:
This is true. I had a cancellation and one customer who would not communicate with me for another p/u. Therefore, it affected my entire route and I had to adjust accordingly. U-ship has refunded the deposit and the scooter was re-listed.
