The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services.
The service provider assured me of having my item by the date I wanted it. He then e-mailed me stating the weather was an issue so it'd be a week longer. All of a sudden, cancellation request. Totaled a trailer?? Be serious, at least say your truck. The item is a hood, doesn't need a trailer... Would not recommend. Unprofessional to say the least.

Immediately upon acceptance of the bid I rec'd e mail stating possible delay due to weather - ( A 1 day storm) Initially I was very supportive but it soon became apparent that this shipper only agreed to the bid to win the account and then decided to handle the shipping on his own schedule instead of trying to adhere to the p/u and delivery date - There was absolutely no commitment or attempt on the part of the shipper to even comply with his bid.
