DO NOT use this shipper!!! Terms were for 3-5 day delivery before contract agreement, then shipper emailed after pickup that delivery would be in 3-4 days. He then stored my furniture at his home without authorization and went on another trip in opposite direction without notifying me...when I finally reached him over a week later, he said delivery was never guaranteed and that he did not have to have my authorization to store my goods at his home!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! DO NOT USE!!!!!!!!

DO NOT USE THIS SHIPPER!!!! I was fooled by his rebuttals to negative feedback. Shipper bailed out and never returned any phone calls. I am frustrated because I needed my shipment two weeks ago which was the promised delivery.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date & time.
provider called on pickup date and said he would be pickup shipment at 2 pm, no show and no call from him. we called and left him around 7 voice mail messages with no responce from provider. then about a week later I got a call from provider saying he wanted to pick up at 4 am he was told to call back after 9 am to make arrangements and never called. so we made arrangments for the load to be moved by another of u ships carriers and were very Happy.
