Response from knyrgs: I drove from OH. to ill.as fast as poss., ran into Chicago rush hour , but arrived Before closing time,but bus. had already closed early (fri).I was in contact with them but they would not wait. I offered to return on Monday , but customer already had other plans . I tried my best. Thanks!
