A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved.
There was an apparent miscommunication regarding pick up time between service provider and the party at the location. I believe the Service Provider should have honored the bid and pick the item up on it next eastbound trip which Service Provider said would be the week of 8/7

There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved.
I asked kr16104 if he had received my deposit. He stated that he had not, the money sent to PayPal went to Uship. I responded that I believed only 14.99 went to uship and the balance to him. I am ready to pay him $307 on receipt. He is to pick up on 81 or 82 so I need quick resolution of this.

I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period.
This shipper totally failed and would not comm. He told me he would show up 7/28 or 7/29 to pick up my moto, shipping to Denver so I could ride to Sturgis with friends on a long planned trip. He called me on 7/29 and told me he was having problems with his phone. He emailed me on 7/30 telling me he still wanted to pick up. Then radio silence despite 3 emails and 12 calls to both his numbers over the next 3 days. Totally blew my trip to Sturgis with buds riding in from CA. Dead is the only excuse

this guy never returned phone calls let alone never came to pickup the shipment. His communication skills left a lot to be desired. I do not recommend them to anyone.

The shipment listing was misrepresented and the service provider cancelled.
This shipper was great with his communication but I accepted his bid because it was getting ready to expire and I thought we were still trying to work out if the load would fit. I didn't think I mis-represented my shipment because we gave him the exact inventory.

Ken and his parter did a swell job of transporting two pups that were a thousand or so miles from where I live and I had never used UShip before and I would recommend it to everyone I know. But really check out the people and their credentails first. I would use them again. The pups were very happy and the only thing was the foldable crate and the bedding should of been a hard travel crate and newspaper so the stuff wasn't soiled. I will use them again Thanks again!Darlene

Response from kr16104: the foldable crate was sent with the pups by the shipper. told shipper that the dogs where going 1030 miles to new home this was the best they could do on short notice.
