THE REASON WE COULDN'T DO THIS SHIPMENT IS BECAUSE A TRUCK DRIVER COMMITTED TO THE BID I AGREED WITH TO THIS CUSTOMER AND BACKED OUT ON ME. AS A FLEET MANAGER IN THE TRUCKING BUSINESS WE NEVER WANT THIS TO HAPPEN BUT SOMETIMES IT DOES. FOR THIS CUSTOMER TO SAY WE DEMANDED ANOTHER $200 TO DO THIS IS COMPLETELY FALSE, I WAS JUST ASKING HIM TO SEE IF THEY COULD GO MORE MONEY TO GET IT DONE.

Correct, not only did you not show up at agreed upon date and time you still hadn't shown up by the time the vehicle was supposed to be delivered. There was no communication, no response to phone calls, emails bounced back. Only after we filled a dispute with Uship did we get a response. These guys take bookings in the hope that they can get other jobs in the area and if they don't they just leave you hanging!

Words are cheap, if you can't back up what you say, then what your going to do is wrong. You have way too many negative feed backs and should be taken off the Uship list. No one should use your company.

That is more than the next bid & is breach of contract & a violation of the terms of the Uship agreement. Also, very poor communicating with shiper/broker. They have no idea of when they can pick it up. Why do they bid on something when they can't pick it up.

No Detailed Feedback Available The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time I have emailed the shipper, but the address now comes back undeliverable. I have called several times without a return call. He failed to abide by the timeframe for the shipping and also failed to contact me.
