The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date & time The service provider di not call me until 2 weeks later, after I found other means to ship. He called & apologized that the email he received from Uship went into his junk mail & he did not see it. We are requesting full review & refund.

never recieved an email or phone call from shipper either? for as long as this has been outstanding.... Please give here a refund as requested and note contact should be by both parties....
