Rating: Cancellation Left for: fcpowell (27 ) On: 11/18/2009 For: 2 heavy equipment items for transport	The Service Provider is not able to accommodate my shipment They can not find a truck to move the trailers and then wanted to up the price on me. No communication of the problem until I called and found out what was going on days later. Should have called me and let me know what was going on. Need to get these trailers out by a set date or I get to pay day fees. Not to pleased with this company. Response from fcpowell: These trailers required a special truck and due to that these trailers could not be moved within a specific time. The customer was told of the problem and was offered a different means of shipping. I always give customers a choice of faster shipping.

Not impressed will not use again. Response from STONEMAN68: Aaron was hard to deal with. The driver was there on time, matter of fact, the truck would not start and we waited for the seller to get it running. At delivery we tried to call Arron several times he finally called the driver and again his used truck would not start again. We picked up and delivered on time. There was no damage to his equipment. He tried to change terms of payment after he acccepted. Beware of this shipper. Mike...Bowers Trucking SINCE 1976
