James was very careful with my TV cabinet. It took a while to load, but it arrived in perfect condition and I'm very pleased with the service.

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate my shipment I have been in contact with the shipper several times over the last two months (via email), but he only responds (via email) with, "I'm trying to fit you in." The contract we agreed on was for the furniture to be picked up within 16 days of booking. I was willing to be flexible on the date, but it has been two months and I don't even have an estimated pick-up date.
