Nowadays folks get 5 stars for simply meeting expectations and doing a decent job. James far exceeded expectations and went above and beyond. Prior to the trip, he contacted me to alleviate the fears commonly associated with shipping my dog with a stranger. He then sent me and the pick-up person a very complete itinerary and kept us updated en route. He arrived at the rendevous a bit early; instead of waiting around, he actually drove further out of his way to meet them.
