I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period Booked with seller on uShip.com for him to transport a puppy on 3/7 from TN to FL. He was prompt to respond to all questions and sent invoice same night via Paypal for balance after I paid booking deposit. I paid him and e-mailed to discuss logistics of transport but did not hear back & calls went to voicemail. Sent texts & seller communicated with me the initial night. I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period This service provider was a scam. He took my $278 and never was heard from again. I want a cacellation immediately. Also uship sent me a warning aftercI paid so it was too late.

The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services I received the following email regarding the service provider I had booked to ship my two kittens and would therefore like to cancel this shipment:

This message is in regards to your shipment booked with Kevin Sperber (KKTransport). Kevin has been suspended from our site due to continued violations.
Kevin has received payment from a couple customers and lost contact with them almost immediately. Both customers paid via PayPal and have not received a refund as of today (

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Kevin was supposed to pick up my cat on sun Feb.26, 2012 and deliver her to my mom on tues. We made arrangements via email. He never showed to pick up my kitty. He won't respond to any of my emails or phone calls.

I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period I attempted to contact this service provider on several occasions using email, voice calls, and text messages and was never able to get in contact with this provider over the course of nearly a week. I received an email today saying that the provider kktransport has been suspended.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time The shipper said he would be here on Sunday to pick up our dogs. He did not show up. We got an email from him late in the day Sunday saying he would be here on Tuesday. He did not show up again and he is not responding to our phone calls or emails. We need these dogs shipped asap and need to find another shipper.

I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period This shipment was to be picked up on Sunday 02/26/12 and this is Wednesday 02/29/12 and I've yet to hear from him. I've left multiple messages to his phone and have emailed him to no avail. The lady on the other end has tried to contact him as well. I need these dogs shipped and can no longer wait for this guy to surface.

The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services Kevin Sperber misrepresented himself, and I have not heard from him since booking with him, and paying him. I would like this canceled as I am not comfortable with using him as I don't feel he is being honest with me. I am opting to not have this shipment re-listed because the person buying my puppy from me has decided to fly out and pick her up instead of dealing with this.
