After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this customer We are still four days inside the timeline clearly stated in my bid but apparently this man thinks the tail wags the dog...which in the real world doesnt happen so he wants to cancel shipment with us...which is fine by me as my gut feeling tells me he will not be happy with anything anyone does for him...so good luck to the next company/person that has their bid accepted and hopefully they can get the job done...Mike.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved After Mike committed that the vehicle would be picked up on a specific date, 48 hours before that date the entire plan changed. The only reason I knew this is by my efforts to make contact with Mike....not acceptable.
