I am no longer able to accommodate this customer’s shipment I regrettably cannot control highway closures due to inclement weather nor the timing of ones illness. I apologize for any inconvenience the above mentioned excuses may have caused in the shipment of your Basketball Shooting Machine.

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate my shipment Service Provider cancelled pickup the day of scheduled shipping. Have been a series of excuses for not being able to complete transaction on time. Ex: weather, custom truck work, family emergencies, culminating in the cancelation of the shippment. Put me in a terrible bind, have people depending on this shipment!

I regret having to delay or postpone pick-up/delivery of the BASKETBALL SHOOTING MACHINE and apologize for any inconvenience inflicted upon those DEPENDING ON RECIPT OF THE GAME. However, road closures due to inclement weather and the unexpected illness of a family member are issues that were unavoidable and beyond my control. I contacted this customer daily informing him of delays as incurred. Customer satisfaction is most important and is evident by the feedback left by all other past clients.
