We offer a heated storage facility for those customers needing to store vehicles during the transition period. We have the proper equipment to handle the job in a safe, professional manner. The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date & time The service provider promised to pick it before 11/28/08, but never did. I called hem many times and every day he stated"I will pick it up tomorrow" I told him that I got charges, because this vehicle wasn't pick up. He said" I will take care of those charges." Today I called hem many times, and he doesn't pick the phone.

I never spoke to this man. Upon showing up at auction to pickup vehicle I was informed that it had not been paid for and that he had other past due invoices that needed to be paid prior to any vehicle could be picked up. Our record speaks for itself.

I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period The communication with Kurt Keiper of Summit-transport has been very frustrating. Kurt almost never returns phone calls and/or emails. My shippment supposed to be picked up shortly after boat completion date (27th Oct.). It is Nov 23rd now and the boat still has not been picked up and I have not been given any indications as to when it will be picked up. I have wasted enough time waiting for the boat to be picked up by Summit-transport. Communication with Mr. Keiper is very difficult to establi

Our record speaks for itself. This customer was out of the country and not able to be contacted. I am guessing he found someone to do the job for less money. Thats okay, I can't blame the customer for wanting to save money.

These guys were GREAT!!! Very professional and great communication with them. I am not one that is easy to please and I was pleased. The price was great and they were easy to deal with. Hard to get all that from one company. I would refer them out any day. They even treated my new carriage as their own, no scratches, tied down good, and I so happy to get it here. Long time waiting for this thing.

I can not waste any more time or fuel on this shipment. This cancellation has nothing to do with the buyer as he has been great to deal with. The sellor is nearly impossible to deal with.

I cannot meet the customers time frame. There was confusion at the auction that caused delays. Response from stanship: He is not honest. He promised me that he will pick my shipment, but he never did. I recieved charges from another company for my car not being picked up. he told me don't worry, I will take care of them because it is my fault, never picked up. many times he just lied to me, or made up some fake stories about my shipment. I do not reccomend to work with this person.
