Schnelle und gute Abwicklung durch den Spediteur. Störend bei uship finde ich nur, dass meine umfassenden Informationen zur Abholung und Lieferung beim Spediteur überhaupt nicht angekommen sind, und alles nochmal mündlich wiederholt werden musste (dann frage ich mich natürlich, wozu ich vorher so genaue Angaben eintippen muss)

Ich kann gut verstehen, daß der stornierte Auftrag dem Spediteur Ärger bereitet hat. Jedoch hätte ich mir mehr Verständnis erwartet, da dies mein erster Auftrag war und mir daher eine bessere Kommunikation gewünscht hätte. Leider war das Preisangebot verwirrend, dachte dies ist eine Aukton, in der ich noch die Möglichkeit habe zu wählen. Tut mir leid um die Mißverständisse.

Kunde hat Auftrag per mail storniert als Fahrzeug schon unterwegs war weil günstigerin Spediteur gefunden!Das kann einfach nicht sein,dann brauchen wir keine sofort Buchungen mehr machen!
