A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved After I accepted his bid he told me that there would be a conflict on time for delivery. This was not all his fault, I did not read where he wrote there might be a problem with the drop off date. I notified him that it was OK and I will seek a local driver to get it done. In no way did he refuse shipping. The problem only rested on a date, which would be paramount to me guaranteeing a Jan 2, deadline. I would like a refund to my credit card please. I have used Uship prior and am completely sati

I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period I attempted to call the shipper via the listed phone numbers, both were disconnected (tried each 3X to be Sure I was dialing correctly). Emailed with no response after a few days. The shipper called a number of days later and transport has been canceled.

Bid was accepted Christmas eve.We were closed during the holidays. If customer had verified availability prior to accepting as it states in bid, they would have know instead of accepting bid in the blind.

They said they were still trying to find a driver with a suitable route and asked for 10 days time from day of accepting bid to find a driver. listed the item as a Ford F250 with a 6ft height. Our carrier was dispatched 150 miles to find out that the listing was entirely incorrect. The vehicle turned out to be a Ford F350 dually with a man lift bucket body that was much much higher than listed. I understand that everyone needs save money but to lie about a listing in hopes to get it done for a low rate make everyone's job much harder. By the way , this same load was canceled by Montway prior for the same exact reason.

This was the first time that I had used an independent auto transport company. Franks did a fine job delivering my 2006 Saab 9-3 to IL from TX for what I felt was a very competitive price ($520). The vehicle arrived on time and with no damage. The exterior of the vehicle was very dirty (covered with salt spray) but I expected that given that I had opted for an open carrier. Overall I feel that hiring Franks was a good decision and I would not hesitate to use them again in the future.

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider I called three or more times with no answer. I cannot communicate with shipper. I do not want this shipper to ship my auto anymore I do not feel comfortable with them.

We have record proof that we did pick up and deliver this vehicle per the customers request. He is fraudulently canceling his order with uShip to get the money paid to them back after he has received his vehicle.
