REAL easy to deal with and quick turnaround!!! Funny story, I actually ran into the truck driver in the bathroom at a rest area in the middle of nowhere! Quite a small world we live in. Tom and Frank handled everything expediently and got my car from door to door in just 3 days. Will definitely be using Frank again in the future. Couldn't be happier!

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Service provider scheduled the pickup for Sunday evening but unofrtunately the auction does not have vehicle ready for pickup till Monday.

This vehicle was not canceled. The carrier waited an extra day to load the vehicle but the customer canceled the order through uship prior.Waiting for uship to reverse this cancellation.

Good Service. Did not like the fact that a third party brought my car and when I got it I was certain that they took a ride with my car before giving it to me. Other than that very good service. Frank should worry a bit more with third parties. Thank you

My apologies. The carrier did in fact try to deliver the car to your door but was deterred and fined by local commercial enforcement because the carrier was to big and heavy to continue any closer to its destination. The driver had to off load it 2 miles from destination and drive it to you in order to complete the transport. Due to the size of the carriers we implement, this does become a factor at times. After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider first the shipper said they can pick up withing 5 days and after accepting the bid, they say they have no idea when they can pick up. that is worthless, dependable transporters are necessary and not transporters that flake out and change their stories.
