To this date, this was hands down the BEST move I have had. watch out guys cause she's a tough girl. EXTREMELY helpful (too bad she has a job already or I would hire her for my helper) she was very flexible and thoughtful as I ran into a few problems. If all U-ship customers were like this it would be great. I would recommend her to any carrier but it won't matter...because I will outbid you. (Isaw her first!!lol) Thanks Ms. R!!! P.S., I am now addicted to that water..bought 2 more so far lol
