THIS SHIPPER DID NOT LIST OR MENTION 75 BOXES OF BOOKS OR 3 LARGE SUIT CASES AT 100LBS EACH PRIOR TO ACCEPTING MY BID. I LOADED THESE ITEMS WITHOUT ANY HELP FROM THIS YOUNG COUPLE IN 100 DEGREE HEAT AND TRANSPORTED THEM TO DESTINATION. I REFUSED TO CARRY THE ITEMS THAT WERE NOT LISTED OR AGREED TO. THIS SHIPPER CLAIMS TO BE A PROFESSOR. I WOULD THINK SHE WOULD KNOW ENOUGH TO LIST OR AT LEAST MENTION ALL ITEMS SO THAT A SERVICE PROVIDER COULD PLAN ON THE TRUCK SPACE NECESSARY AND LABOR INVOLVED.

Excellent communication - always knew when and where shipment was. Driver was professional and even slid camper onto truck making it easy for me to secure. Will use again anytime I have something needed to be shipped! EXCELLENT SERVICE! Thank you and God bless!

Excellent delivery! Steve was punctual and reliable in pickup and delivery. Communication was outstanding-he phoned to let me know he was on time for pickup and on time for delivery. Gate was received with no damage and he even unloaded and carried the steel post and gate to shed out back! This company is not your typical moving and delivery service-my gate was handled with care and concern. Will definitely use again whenever the need arises.
