The shipper postponed delivery once with no excuse, we accomodated. They then postponed a second time with an excuse about a problem with a shipment before my pick-up. Stuff happens, I understand, but there was zero communication to resolve the issue after that. Emails and phone calls were not returned and regrettably I have no confidence in them now. The person on the shipping end had to go through a lot to prepare the item for shipment and is upset with
