Customer left me with negative feedback but I will have the courtesy to leave the positive feedback they deserve. They picked up unit when I was shut down at scale station in Canada for illegally tinted windows. They picked up unit and pulled it the remaining 100 miles to its destination. I had to send a refund to customer which took a while as I mailed a check and it was returned (didn't put enough stamps on it). Sent refund 2/8 through paypal and then once customer got refund left negative fee

Problems happen. Thats life. What people do after to make things right is what matters. Refund took too long. Questions about refund were not answered. Phone calls were not answered. E-mails were answered occasionally. Why wasn't a refund issued immediately? It cost me more than it should have. Plus a lot of headaches. This would have been positive if it was completed. Neutral if you followed up with us. Felt to my Husband and I that you didn't really care what we had to do to fix this mess.

Jeremiah is a great person to deal with. Excellent knowledge of Canada/US custom crossings, very helpful with questions, good communication, prompt delivery, We had some set backs but all worked out in the end. He delivered our trailer 2 days early and in perfect condition. Will use Jeremiah's services again.

Thanks for feedback. Customer only leaves feedback once she got her refund. Also appreciate how there was no mention how this unit got delivered in a timely fashion going through a snow storm in North Dakota. Only mentioned negative and no positive feedback. Customer is correct about my windows as the scale house decided to right me a ticket for it and then wouldn't let me proceed with my shipment. Other then coming up 100 miles short of deliver in Canada unit was delivered in perfect condition
