A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Because one of my shippers decided to throw in a specific pickup and delivery time, I couldn't deliver this load for Juan. I really hate that I had to cancel on him as I had already pickup the load and was headed towards my 2nd pickup location. Once I arrived at my 2nd pickup location on a Tuesday, I was told that I could not pick up the item until Friday and there was no way I could lay over for 3 days.

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this customer I admit I had to reschedule once before. I was upfront and honest with the customer about this. I wasted my time and fuel going to pick up this shipment only to be turned around once I arrived. I told the customer that I was going to be late and he agreed that I should go to the pickup location anyways no matter what time I got there. I only did as I was instructed only to loose all of my loads for this trip. I agree this is not the way you do business and it's not all on me. Response from Dave B.: This driver is only trying to save his uship status, He lives 5 hours away from pickup and called me at 10:30pm and says he is 2 hours away.The pickup was to be at 10:00 not 12:30 at night. If he would have been on time he would not have been turned away.I lost out on a $10000 kiosk for not being pickup on time for 3 weeks. Stay away from this driver you will lose money.
