Michael was great! I was really nervous due to bad experience with random companies on the internet, but he was responsive and fast. Thanks to him my parents will have chairs to sit on for Thanksgiving. My father is a retired Navy Captain and it takes a lot to impress him, but he was definitely impressed. Pick Michael! P.S. I thought it was weird there were so many positive responses, but now I see they were real and not fabricated.
