The customer no longer needed the item(s) shipped The customer originally had 900 cubic feet of household goods, and now has only 120 cubic feet of household goods available due to changes in his sitiuation. Considering the change in household goods amount, we must revise our binding estimate according to state and federal tariff laws. The customer will relist his move with the inventory to reflect this reduction and we will then rebid at the appropriate amount in accordance with our published tariff.

SAG met their promise dates for pick-up and delivery, took great care in protecting HHG's and Handling my vehicle. Prompt and courteous, I'd use them again!!!!
