The Service Provider is not able to accommodate my shipment
Provider did not calculate the total volume correctly when he bid on my listing. He was almost 2 days late, finally showing up sometime after 9pm, after keeping me waiting all day, then did not even come onto the property to see the items to be shipped. He arrived without a printed copy of the shipping agreement. He told me that he didn't have enough room in his HUGE box truck. But I happened to notice, when I walked around to the back of the truck, that IT WAS ENTIRELY EMPTY! My stuff w

Customer not truthful with shipment listing, total weight listing 350lbs, total weight was 1,800 to 2,000lbs. 7 large boxes are freight size boxes, Dimensions 3 1/2ft in height, lenght,and width. Weight of each box is 225 to 250lbs. Customer not truthful on pick-up time, we arrive at shedule pick-up time 5/6, Customer then annouce to us that the landlord had the key to the gate! after waiting to 8:30pm, we came across the gate, then realize Customer was not truthful about shipment.

Definitely not James' fault. I misunderstood the listing part that gives only five boxes for items so it seemed like I only had 5 when in fact I have a couple more slightly smaller(but still large) boxes... And he would have had to drive all the way home a zillion miles to get his trailer after battling the ice storms in N. Dakota, Wyoming, etc. already. James Salazar is a doll. Too good to be true. Keep up the good work James!
