After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider.
I called the Service Provider who stated that he was on the road, in another state, at the time I called. However, I have not heard back from him since then and after further thought, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider and I needed my item shipped yesterday!

The original message from Kendan was pick-up was to be the same day we agreed to accept their bid. The driver was very difficult to get in touch with and the shipment was not picked up until 2 days later and hours after agreed upon--he arrived at 9:30 at night. The furniture was delivered damaged and was delivered at Midnight on a Sunday. Again communication with the driver was nearly impossible. Driver also had no type of receipt for the goods or for the money he received. NEVER USE Kenda

Response from kendan: Dumb Ass, Your parents were instructed at the pickup to remove all items from the drawers because the weight would cause damage due to vibration of the truck during shipment. The pickup and delivery was made as scheduled. You're only mad that I refused to pay for something that your parents signed a damage waiver on. Shortage of brains. shipment arrived ok. Communication was not what I would have liked. I had added expenses due to failure to pickup on agreed upon date. Pickup date was supposed to be on Saturday. I explained last day to take items out was Wed. Did not pickup till Thursday so I had to pay a penalty for not having the house empty/ready on Wed. Communication was poor, Did not discount a penny for not calling, not picking up on time, nothing. He did mention he was very sick my only argument is he could have called

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date & time.
As you can find in my correspondence, the shipper contacted me and offered to move my thing IMMEDIATELY because they were in the area. I quickly accepted because not only were they cheaper, but they also promised to complete this job right away. I called and called and received no answer. The phone went straight to voicemail. I also e-mailed and the person assured me that the driver would call. Long story short, the driver finally answered the phone and said that he would not be coming my way un

My shipment was delivered to its destination with no damage. The delivery was a little slow but Troy encountered dental problems that need medical attention and delayed him several days. Troy and his helper did a great job. After delivering the rugs they unpacked them and placed them for my daughter-in-law. A great bunch of guys and very trustworthy. I would highly recommend them. Thanks again Troy.

My ship made it to its destination without any problems. I just felt that the service provider could have done a beter job adhering their schedule. Time is important. Otherwise, I would use their servives again. Thanks, Troy!
