I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period.
My motorcycle was supposed to be picked up Friday night or sat morning. At this point i made a few attempts to contact the shipper through email and by phone. Phone number is not in service and my email never got a response. I needed this shipment done asap and this shipper has not been in any contact with me since i accepted the bid.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date & time.
He picked up my item but never delivered it. I called both numbers and was unable to get through. He called where he picked up the item, and I received that phone number and called to ask when he was coming or where he was. Since I no longer have the number, and e-mails are ignored as are voicemails, I have nothing else to do.

After 3 attempts of trying to reschedule delivery, we've decided that you can pick it up from a neutral point free of charge. The numbers haven't changed. We won't even charge you the shipping cost. It cost us more than you're delivery cost to deliver it. You can pick it up whenever you're ready. Let's reschedule this so you can have your bed.

Response from kendan: I feel that I deserve better feedback than that being that I honestly called you and your daughter that it would take me longer than I had promised you. I promised you that it would be there that Saturday night but made it Sunday morning. It's not like I didn't call you, and you agreed with Sunday Morning. Have you forgotten that I had just driven 500 miles from Miamiand I had 700 miles to go before your detination. WAKE UP. I'm human not a machine. The DOT only allows 10 of drive time.

Would not recommend this shipper. Or the Uship shipping service again. Pick and drop off times were not kept. Both seller and purchaser were not called Bike was eventually dropped off @ 2:30 am in the morning then upon inspection found tool kit bike was shipped with is missing. Did not get any support from Uship customer service.

In spite of a miscommunication, the driver of this company delivered my item to me on time and in tact. I would highly recommend them to anyone who wants a reliable and professional delivery service! Two thumbs up, Kedan Enterprise! :)
