Not the service providers fault, but this eBay item is most likely fraudulent as the "seller" will NEVER give a pick-up address and will not deliver to the shipper. Then he keeps adding on "storage" fees!

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider.
Service provider failed to provide a copy of their active insurance. We still had agreed that he would deliver my shipment, but after waiting a reasonable period; he did not call to schedule a pick up time and when we tried to reach them to speak with them, we were unable to reach them and leave a message.

Response from kendan: These people treated us like common criminals from the beginning and over a damn washer? It's funny how I spoke with the husband yesterday, and he was fine about everything. My wife communicated with the shipper's wife via email b/c she was at work and could not call long distance. They did not give us ample time to provide them with our insurance information and also to pickup their little washer. I had a bad feeling about these people anyway. All I can say is, "Good Riddance!"

Response from kendan: I'm confused by this one! Folks will surely smile in your face and stab you in the back. I still have the email that the shipper sent to my wife praising my efforts and services. Shipper's mother was very pleased and happy with her kayak.
