I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period.
I called the person who was supposed to make the shipment many times, left messages and sent emails. No response. Very upset since may loose the item that was supposed to ship. I would like to report him and obviously cancel the shipment. Very bad service.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved.
When accepting this bid, an attempt was made to pickup the items, the items could not be picked up because I needed a Bill of Lading, this was not the providers fault. The Bill of Lading was sent in and the items were scheduled to be picked up the following week. After the week was over, I called multiple days with multiple messages left, but no response. The BOL has been pulled, so pickup by this provider is no longer necessary. This shipment would have gone well had a BOL been submitted.

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider.
This job has been completed by another party. This provider has been unreachable for nearly a month, and has picked up another job of ours, and never delivered. Over 15 messages left over 3 weeks, no response. Promised to deliver our goods, but after paid in full he has vanished with our goods.

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate my shipment.
Before accpeted the offer, I confirmed with the shipper he will pick the sofa and loveseat before 7/4 and delivered before 7/11. I got email from him on 7/3 saying he would call me on 7/4 to discuss the dates. However, I got called on 7/5 saying his truck was overbooked and he would contact me again late the week. My seller in NY has been pushing me to get the items picked up. I have been calling and emailing the shipper almost everyday but without any responses.

Provider did 2 jobs for us, then came to our warehouse asking for work. We had no more for Mr.Troy since communication and customer relations were horrible, not to mention breakage. He then stated he would deliver our last job he had picked up already, but its been 1 month...15 phone calls....20 emails...and no response. He has taken our customers goods and we must now take police action to get back $5000 in furniture.

Response from kendan: I refuse to deliver anything else b/c after 3 attempts to deliver to a MA storage unit, the customer was a no-show.The customer is playing games and then wants to complain.The storage unit manager is my witness.If you want this stuff delivered, please arrange to have another driver pick it up.The other 2 jobs received great feedback from the customers, and there was no breakage whatsoever!Drivers Beware-These people take forever to pay you & wonder why they can't keep the same drivers/movers.

Not the service providers fault, but this eBay item is most likely fraudulent as the "seller" will NEVER give a pick-up address and will not deliver to the shipper. Then he keeps adding on "storage" fees!
