The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY!! We booked with Bush Express for Saturday, 6/29/19. We confirmed our move with them twice for 6/29 @ 8AM. The night before, Lionel called saying that his current job was running long, and they would be there at 10:30 instead of 8. I said that would be fine.
On moving day around 10:30, we started calling Lionel at 3 different phone numbers and all calls were IGNORED. We have not heard back still (7 days later). We had to rent a U-Haul and move ourselves.

Pat and Cindy were great service providers! They were both very friendly and helpful. All items were handled with care, causing our household move to go very smoothly. I would definitely recommend using them for your move!
