This shipper is honest and very friendly. They picked up my bench within 3 days of my listing, earlier than the bid even stated they would. They had great communication actually calling on the phone, not just an email. You can actually talk to a real person! Both of the husband and wife team were friendly, professional, and let me know when they were picking up and when they were delivering. I couldnt recommend them more! This is how shippers should treat customers. Thanks!!!!!

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date & time The shipper did not pick up my bench on the day he agreed to pick it up. He did not call to let me know it had not been picked up. When I found out it had not been picked up, I left several messages and was emailed they would pick up the following week. Shipper will not return my calls. Finally received an email they cancelled due to medical reasons. Not sure what happened, had to apply for a new shipper after waiting 2 weeks. Am now waiting for $100 refund I paid. Need better communication.
