My overall experience was positive. They picked up and delivered the piano when they said they would. They were trustworthy on all levels and I definitely recommend using them.

I got my shipment, but there was some communication problems. I was told they would contact the seller, but never did & when I tried contacteing them after giving them 4 days to do so(1 day before pickup) I left a massege & no one got back to me..so I ended up relisting the item getting more bids(ect.) Finally I called the seller with a new shipper & he told me they picked it up that day(he said the handeled the couch roughly). Uship says if the communication was poor to give Neutral,all else ok
