Keith and Erin were very professional and friendly. They did everything they could to make this a positive experience. We did have a few "technical" difficulties, but they were more than willing to be accomodating in order to successfully complete the shipment. I would definitely recommend them and UShip to anyone!

Keithsmove was friendly and efficient. My piano arrived in perfect condition. They were understanding that I had underestimated it's weight. The only issue was that they were delayed by traffic.

I will contact them again to move my pianos - they were careful and knowledgeable. They ran very late though and could schedule themselves better to make better time on the deliveries - they got to my house at 2:30 am! It was either that - or they would come back 4 days later. I didn't want them to be driving around with my baby grand all the way to Boston from NJ, and needed it to teach from the next day, so I had them come at whatever time they could. But - they were nice and accomodating.
