My experience with these movers was absolutely terrible! 24 hours prior to the move date I received an email postponing the move with no explanation and asking me to call or email them. All of my 6 emails and 25 phone calls went unanswered. They never showed up on the new move date provided to me in that initial email. This has cost me additional rent and unbelieveable frustration. I have yet to hear why they put me through this. I am not hard to please. A simple reply was required.

AVOID KEITHS MOVE! After the bid was accepted, multiple email and phone messages went unanswered until USHIP finally became involved. Then, the day before the move, I received an email stating they would NOT move us due to some ridiculous claim that we had misrepresented the amount we were moving. USHIP reviewed the case and decided that Keiths moves was wrong and that they were still obligated to move us. They not only did not show on moving day, they refused to answer emails and phone calls.

Shipment was arranged at the last minute on a day with intense rain storms, but Keithsmoves managed to deliver within the stated time block. Would definately use them again.
