Katrina and Eric were great from start to finish. This was our first shipment using UShip and we will definitely use this service again. Katrina and Eric made the process incredibly easy. They arrived early to pick up our appliances and delivered at the promised time.

Melanie: After accepting our bid which clearly stated the date we would pick up the items, you said not to show until Monday-3 days later. I advised we would not be in the area at that time, and scheduled a later pick up date. We picked up the items, and after getting no answers to our numerous phone calls to YOU, we could not get in touch with the delivery location. The delay to delivery is SOLELY your fault, and the negative feedback you left is unjustified, AND YOU DO STILL HAVE TO PAY!!!!!

I have the email correspondences and no where did I say not to pick them up or to delay delivery..I agreed to delay delivery after they asked me too..even after that they didn't get the delivery made by the new date...I was accused of trying to NEGATE the payment..which is very false..after I received confirmation that the company received the shipment I released the funds..the idea of my not pay was all in her head! whatever happened to customer service..??

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this customer I tried working with this person for a move date that worked for both of us. I was verbally assaulted over the telephone, called names, and belittled. I apologized that I was unable to do this on the date he requested, he then called me 9x's in 1/2 an hour leaving rude and condescending VM's. This is a very self centered and entitled human. After speaking directly on the phone, I though email was the best way to communicate with him, he then proceeded to name call in emails. All this in writing.

Haha. The truth is that they didn't show up and also refused to communicate with me at all! They were not trying to "find a move date" - we already had one scheduled as a firm commitment, 7/28 at 830AM! Which they then did not show up for, and didn't tell me they weren't going to show! They overbooked and screwed up - instead of admitting their mistake, they hoped it would blow over and didn't call me, and then wouldn't answer my calls either. They are untrustworthy, unprofessional liars.

No Detailed Feedback Available The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Didn't Show Up. Didn't Answer Phone Calls. Didn't Offer Apology. Finally got a hold of them - they said they couldn't make it today - they also said they knew the day before they couldn't make it, but didn't let me know, which would have been helpful to me. Highly unprofessional people, and when I tried to work with them and come up with solutions to appease both parties, they became non-responsive, only emailing to say they were busy and couldn't talk on phone. Worst people ever.

No Detailed Feedback Available The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time UNRESPONSIVE SERVICE PROVIDER - LIED, MISLED BUYER AND CANCELED SHIPMENT THE DAY OF SHIPMENT!! After endless calls & emails, service provider finally answered phone night before shipment date and confirmed 8 am pickup. On day of, after dozens of unanswered phone calls & emails, waiting for over 6 hours for pickup, we were informed via USHIP, NOT the provider, that provider "claimed" injury and attempted to cancel the shipment. We REJECT this w/o accident, police & hospital admittance report

There was communication prior to the move date. This accident was unforeseen, otherwise I would have had my husband prevent it. Our doctor is out of town for the holiday weekend, but we have an appointment for him first thing Tuesday. A copy of the doctors report will be submitted then, feel like I am in school again. We are only in the Los Angeles area one a week for 2 days at the most. Each time we were in the area, the seller of the items made pick up difficult. This cancellation was not the fault of us or the shipper, and I have asked Uship to please refund you any and all fees. I am sorry this did not work out, and I am sorry that your seller was making this difficult.
