I am no longer able to accommodate this customer’s shipment.

I am so sorry I have bad news.
I can no longer accommodate your shipment.
I have been talking with the man who currently has the Coke Machine in his possession...
Due to the fact he is unable to help load because of the weight of machine
being 600 pounds (according to current owner).
He also said a lift gate should be required to get task accomplished.
I can not accommodate your shipment due to load or unload issues.
Very sorry for the inconvenience.

Kevin was great to deal with. We actually weren't really planning on doing his shipment on this trip, as we didn't think pickup was going to be ready. However, pickup called me and said everything would be ready to go. We picked up, and when we were about 1 hours from drop off we realized we didn't give kevin a call yet. He was ready to help unload and paid right away. Would love to help out again. Thanks Kevin for making everything wonderful.
