Very Very good! These workers treated our items as if they were their own, we ran into some complications due to miscommunications and it was handled very well and completely taken care of. Would DEF DEF use again in the future. Thanks so much!

The items got here in a timely manner. However there was some lack of communication as they could not get the furniture in the house and we had to wait for friends to get home and help. One of the delivery men was short and unhappy with conditions. price good and furniture was in great condition.

There was no lack of communication the items were there an hour early waiting for you in the morning. The hallway was very narrow and the doorway was small the couch was 8 feet tall and we would have to take the couch and try it in the back hallway which was not cleared and the items in it were not yours so they couldnt be removed by you. We can not make something fit if its to big so buy something that will fit and expect what is possible.

Shipment was deliverd in as promised conidition. Was some confusion in communication. Might have caught these guys on a bad day. Make sure you speak with Kevin. product was finally delivered as promised and guys were pleasant to deal with.
