The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date & time The provider had some kind of accident and was unable to pick up at the agreed upon time and for second attempt for pick up he did not call back to reschedule as he said he would. I tried to contact him and left a message after I had called a couple times. After about a week I thought he wasn't going to call back and decided I needed to find other arrangements to transport my shipment.
