I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period 6/15,service provider stated he'd be leaving that wk to ship my dog.I verified all contact info & paid the dep.Didn't hear back so I emailed them to check status on 6/19.I got an email 6/21 stating "I spoke to the sender,told her we had a death in the family & that I apologize for the inconvience of not getting a hold of u we should be leaving out soon."I replied 6/23,"I'm sorry for ur loss.Our deepest condolences.If u can let us know ur plans, that would help out." havent heard back since.
