While they did eventually deliver my Waverunners, they were a bit squirrely regarding timelines, including pick-up and delivery. Further, the driver ran out of gas at least twice and was stranded because of not having sufficient funds. (He apparently did not have a credit card and his boss had to somehow advance funds). Yes, they were good with communicating, but it would have been nice to have pick up and deliver on time as promised.

Terrible to get a hold of- if he feels like answering the phone or responding to emails. 1 item was ”lost” during shipping. Claimed it wasn't shipped until I showed him a picture of it on his truck. Then, 2 more items were not lost, but rather stolen. Mack never returned calls or emails after that. He is a thief and a bum!!

This is the worst run buissness I have ever seen! Asked me for a 400$ deposit to deliver 3 trailers in 1 load. Brought 1 with 350$ damage, asked him to pay material only 35$. Could not get a hold of them for 4 weeks. Finally the guy told me to Kiss is "//$% ant to "/$% off for my 400$ deposit. So I never got the other trailers and lost an extra 750$. Don`t use them you will regret it!!!!!!!

Terrible. First driver did not have the correct equipment for transport. Second driver picked up and delivered the motorcycle with hundreds of $$$ in damages.

In one word, terrible. Currently filing charges against Mack Rowland for being in possession of a stolen vehicle, a felony no less. DO NOT book your shipment with KatieMack, LLC! You will regret it, that is a promise. If anyone has questions about this please feel free to contact us and we will explain the situation in full and in private communication.

No Detailed Feedback Available The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time On March 21 (or there about) i accepted a bid from one of your service providers katiemackllc. I tried working with him for 3 months. He was extremely difficult to work with and never scheduled pickup, after claiming so many times. I finally had a local driver pick it up and deliver to the intended destination (at a higher cost). Please refund my booking deposit. Jerry

No Detailed Feedback Available The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services I tried to get a date to complete the booked agreement. I could not get any commitment from Mack Rowland. The name of the service is katiemack llc. When I finally sought to get help from U Ship I was informed that this service provider was a crook and that U Ship no longer allowed them on their site. I couldn't find instructions to get a refund. Finally a friend helped me. I have trouble with computers. Anyhow, I was directed to claim a refund from U Ship. So thats what this is in reference to.
