I no longer need my item(s) shipped Customer decided to take her car. She ran out of room in her other car and has 3 kids and 2 dogs to go down there too.

I called this company and right away got an anwser. The cars were picked up exactly when I wanted them to. WONDERFUL.

I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period It's been about 3 weeks to a month since driver accepted a bid it now price, with no return call or email. This is the second experience with uship and both turned out this way. Hopefully it doesn't continue like this.

Wonderful. Was a little nervous because I didn't get a call back until the day it was to pick up. But I just happy it was taken for me. Driver Eric seems to be vary nice.

Katie, was nervous due to the fact she was not the actual customer for the vehicle she is a broker! Katie basically wanted the customer to believe that she was an actual transportation company & not a broker, she did not have the vehicle, the customer did & that is who I communicated with! Katie got all my emails keeping inform of the details of transport.
