Great shipper. We had trouble loading a very heavy load but everything got worked out and delivery was made on schedule. Communication with the driver, Eric, was excellent. I would use this shipper any time.

Shipment was delivered in EXCELLANT condition.
Service Provider was professional and communicated EFFECTIVELY and OFTEN during transport.
WILL NOT HESITATE TO USE THIS SHIPPER AGAIN.
In addition, Eric the driver, handled unforseen difficulties @ loction of pick up. He efficiently found solutions to problems that may have aborted the shipment. He communicated what the deficiencies were and facilitated the successful outcome, "A VERY SATISFIED CUSTOMER".

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate my shipment.
After we made our match, the transporter said he could no longer accomodate our load because we could not agree on payment terms.
He told me he was a small company that needed all payment up front. Our client then hired his own trucking on his own as we had to inform him we no longer had a 'match'.
We never completed our match and the shipment was cancelled all together

OUR PROFILE AND BID CLEARLY STATED PAYMENT ON PICK UP OR DELIVERY .AFTER BID ACCEPTANCE THEY WANTED US TO WAIT TWO AND A HALF WEEKS FOR PAYMENT WHEN LOADS WERE GOING OUT OF COUNTRY . WE FELT THIS WAS TO LONG TO WAIT FOR PAYMENT

Shipment was completed and as described, and was a good price, but the communication was horrible. I kept getting "We'll call you back in 5 minutes" to wait for the rest of the day. Shipment was supposed to be completed 3/13 and I got the car today, 3/17. The truck driver was nice, but the management really needs to sort things out before committing to a deal.

we had the run before turn out to be oversized load which meant that it could only be moved day our only changing our time . we call to inform him he said ok no problem. when he called [very often] we let him know we would call back and did but most often no answer . he was agood shipper just did not understand delay caused by previuos load . but again good shipper and we would recommend him to any one .
