Cancele with Kantzlaporte. Wouldn't return calls. Inconsiderate. Unprofessional. Lied. Not impressed w/ Uship. I emailed you last week - requested credit taken on Visa for booking w/ Uship. Client wanting move had to file police report. Kantzl not returning deposit ($1500) UNTIL he gets paid back from sub. Move was for 07/28. Said he paid sub. It shouldn't be incumbent on a client to wait. Illeagal to hold her $. UShip culpable for not ckng ABL record. Still wait my credit.

This service provider was paid up front to deliver our furniture to Michigan. Instead, he drove it to Rhode Island and stored it in a garage till he could find another company to deliver it to Michigan. He convinced the driver that came to move it to Michigan that he'd be paid when he got to the destination, leaving us to pay the 2nd company, also. Do not ever hire this provider for anything. He's as dishonest as they come.

No Detailed Feedback Available The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services Kranz Laporte of ABL Moving in Rhode Island made a bid, promised to schedule the pick up and demanded a deposit. He then never scheduled the pickup, failed to respond to 2 emails, and put me off after a follow-up phone call. An online search of his company reveals similar customer complaints of demanding deposits and failing to follow through. Those customers accuse him of being a cheat who should not be trusted.

No Detailed Feedback Available After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider Service Provider failed to schedule pick up during agreed upon pick up period. Service Provider stated that it was highly unusual to provide evidence of insurance to customer, resulting in customer having doubts about whether or not Service provider had basic insurance. Service provider repeatedly stated that he wanted payment in full upon pick up. Wow.

No Detailed Feedback Available After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider This Service provider was not willing to provide with customers that I could contact to verify that this Service Provider fullfilled it's agreement to a positive conclusion. Also the agreed upon price changed once verbal communication began. I've become very distrustful of this Service Provider.

No Detailed Feedback Available After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider Payment details provided by the shipper were unacceptable (required 75% payment upfront with either cash or local check) and would not accept credit card. Additionally, research on the identified moving company (via provided website) showed inaccurate represenation of DOT # and MC#. Could not verify the ability of the company to perform the agreed to work.

No Detailed Feedback Available I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period I have sent three emails to the Service Provider since the date of the match and he has not responded in the four days since our match was made. I also looked at his website and he provides an invalid MC number on it as well as a DOT number for some equipment handler in another state. I am very uncomfortable with proceeding and worry that I may miss my moving time-frame due to these delays.

No Detailed Feedback Available The shipment listing was misrepresented and the service provider cancelled if you ship checks out my listing they will find that what i advertised for shipping is the same as he bid on.he is a liar. he never picked up the item and tryed to double the price then never called me back.
