After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this customer.
Customer cancelled shipment after order was placed. Customer did not call office to cancel shipment. Therefore, driver was enroute to make pick up & dispatcher has been working on getting the item picked up. Per e-mail this was to be picked up as soon as possible. Items are picked up 24-48 hours after bid acceptance excluding weekends. Load accepted on Friday, excludes Saturday/Sunday/Monday(holiday), scheduled for Tuesday/Wednesday pick up.
