The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services They bidded 150 dollar on my shipment and when I called they wanted 900 dollars. Response from kabbaraz: We strongly disagree with this statement, reason being that we quote our prices in WRITING ONLY. The correct reason is that we never had any sort of communication with this customer nor were we able to reach her. That is why we agreed upon canceling this transaction.

I no longer need my item(s) shipped The horse will no longer need to be shipped. After contacting with the shipper he agreed that cancelation will be agreed up on on both parties. Response from kabbaraz: The customer did not notify us of the cancelation only when we were 5 miles from pick up. He stated that his buyer had canceled. I contacted the buyer, he told me that the horse was misrepresented to them; therefore, they decided to cancel the transaction with the customer.

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider When I recieved the transportation contract it contained total absolution of all my rights up to and including negligence of the provider as well as me being responsible for "all expenses or liabilities associated with the transport..." . I called the provider and expressed my concerns. He aggreed that I could "line-out" any objective statements in his contract and make hand written addendums then sign. I also questioned him about the actual transportation time table and he was expecting to m Response from kabbaraz: When we the shipper received my contract he was not happy with certain clause, specifically to negligent. I explain that regardless what my contract says, I would be still responsible for any gross negligent. We both agreed and offered him to put it in writing. As for travel time, He misunderstood. I told him that we don’t drive more then 12-13 hrs. That I am still planning the trip and his may need one night layover. He liked that and we ended the call thinking that we had an agreement.
