This was a rural location and the congsignee was promised a inside delivery which we did not quote on that. Shipper stated the shipment was 700lbs not 835lbs that it actually weighed and was charged for the additional weight and reweigh fee. Had the shipper been upfront with the true delivery details she would not have had delivery issues. Response from k246200: This is not true - Never was this stated to be an inside delivery and I left your company know that all they were to do was get it there and deliver - I was upfront with you regarding the rural location. You were well aware of the entire situation and once I gave you the bid you picked up the freight and sat on it for a week and never made an attempt to communicate with me. There was no problem from Fed Ex's end on delivering this who you brokered it with. You customer skills are lacking.

Both coops were loaded perfectly on my trailer. People were helpful and available at drop off. Getting them off was a little bit of a task, but not impossible. Payment was prompt. After notifying customer of problem first thing in the morning we agreed that if she could find another transporting option, that she should go ahead with that. By the time my van was finished in the afternoon, she had already found that option and we parted amicably.

Rating: Negative Left for: savon123 (-1) On: 11/11/2009 For: 1 Pallets (Non-standard)	This was terrible. Carrier picked this up with the clear understanding this needed delivered as soon as possible. After one excuse after another and terrible communication this just delivered a week later. The only communication was when I constantly contacted them to find out the status. I had to request the BOL - I will not use them ever again. This was a bait and switch. I gave them the load it was handed off to the Customer Service guy and that was it. Response from savon123: Shipper needs to communicate full details of load at time of shipment not after a problem arises. Shipper was also informed every day on the status of the load. This shipment was recovered at NEMF Terminal this LTL carrier refused to deliver due to being mis-informed on the scope of delivery and promises made to the consignee, which were not relayed to us. The stated weight was 700lbs and this was reweighed at 835lbs and the shipper charged accordingly. Be wary of this shipper.

Delivered in a very timely manner, extended great customer service to the consignee. Highly recommend and I hope I have the opportunity to use his service again.
