Longhaul dodge was very professional and prompt with delivery. Exceptional service. Would not hesitate to reccomend again.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date & time I have tried to contact Federal Towing several times since my accepted bid on July 22nd. While initially impressed by the fast response after accepting my bid and arranging a pick up time, the lack of response since has been disapointing. We scheduled a pick up date of Monday July 28th. The pick up has still not been initiated. I am very dissapointed in the communication after many positive expireinces posted on the shipers profile.

Couldn't contact the shipper to advise him of our delays due to another customers car being held up. We were waiting on this shipper to sign the notarized out of state declaration on Fri. but the shipper couldn't make time for us. So our driver was delayed on his departure as well. I hope your delivery goes smooth ... Sorry for the delay in picking up your boat.
