My name is James, my brother William and I started JW Transport because we have always loved traveling and towing and hauling goods. I have transported before as an employee but just started JW Transport as my own business. I always take care of people and I will always get your property back to you in the same condition it was when first picked up. I have a 2007 Chevy truck, and a 2001 GMC, both are very reliable vehicles. I am fully insured I have $100,000 in comprehensive and cargo and $300,000 in liability coverage. My brother William and I are the drivers so you can trust that your cargo is getting great care and delivery on time. We keep in contact with all of our clients and they can call us anytime as well. Dishonest communication and unprofessional conduct - They kept my truck on hold without informing me 5 days because the drivers were waiting for a boat to travel to the same destination. No feedback and updates where the truck was.Irresponsible handling of credit card data- I gave them my credit card number and they paid their hotel on Priceline with it.James offered to reimburse me for my costs for renting a truck for the time of the delay. That didn't happen.
