The Service Provider is not able to accommodate my shipment The provider did not arrive, nor did they call to pick up my horse! After many, many phone calls - I gave up. Finally, after the day of the pick up came and went, the provider answered the phone when I called - I was quite surprised. They indicated to me that there was a death in the family and they were now behind on their transports. They never called back to reschedule or to find out if I had been able to make any other accomodations. Finally, I had to make other arrangements.
