Well, it took awhile but Billy was persistent and got the job done. He was very good with the puppy and the dog arrived in perfect condition. With all the work he had to do I'd say hire him. He will get the job done. Very satisfied with his effore.

Billy never returned my calls or emails. After I did the booking over the next week he had 8 cancellations pop up. When he finally called he could not remember any previous arrangements we had made. This was a HUGE red flag and I was having real concerns with this transport. I spoke with the family purchasing the puppy and they also had concerns so we agreed to cancel and find someone perhaps more trustworthy. When I booked Billy he didn't have any cancellation. Now 9 in 10 days!

There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved HERE WE GO AGAIN USHIP.ONCE AGAIN THIS CUSTOMER POSTED THAT THIS DOG DID NOT HAVE TO BE DELIVERED TIL 5/31/2012 ITS STATED ON THEIR PAGE.ITS APRIL 30TH AS OF TODAY,I STILL HAVE 29 DAYS TO DO THIS DELIVERY..ONCE AGAIN ANOTHER CANCELLATION,,SEE WHAT I MEAN THEY POST THE DATES THEY WANT THEIR ANIMAL SHIPPED AND THEN THEY CHANGE EVERYTHING AFTER ITS BOOKED..HOW CAN I PREPARE MY BUSINESS ON COMMUNICATION LIKE THESE PEOPLE.INSTEAD OF THIS GOING AGAINST ME IT SHOULD GO AGAINST THEM..

Sir, you know that this statement is a straight out lie. You told me you would be here within an hour because you were waiting in NH to do the job. I had my friends rush me money for you to be paid, and when I spoke with you on the phone at 5pm you said you would be here in an hour...it was 8pm when I asked to cancel this shipment because I felt uneasy about you wanting a wire transfer,which is against UShip policy,and then you did not show up or call to say you would not be here in the hour.

I have not been able to contact the customer after a reasonable period of time. Well once again I got another cancellation from a rescued dog shelter.I told this lady I had a guy in soringfield tennessee.My driver contacted me late last night and advised he had been in a car wreck and one on my vehichles was damaged to where it was non drivable.So to keep this booked shipment I dropped what I was dong and made the trip to Tennessee and tried to call this shelter and no one answered.So I got onto the uship on my page and seen that she did not give me time to get there.

I knew he only had positive feedback of 1...but I am always willing to give someone a chance. After multiple emails and attempts to contact finally 2 days prior to shipment I reach him. No Detailed Feedback Available The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time This was cancelled 3 hours prior to determined time of pick up, as a result I have to cancel my flight to start my new job. This will cost me over $1000! This guy said he would be at my home TODAY at 200 pm, I called to see why he was late and he said he cancelled 2 days ago! What a liar. No Detailed Feedback Available After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider Initially speaking with the provider they requested a wire transfer of which I told them the UShip did not allow that, and that I would give a money order and have him sign a contract. No Detailed Feedback Available The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time This is a couple wanting to help a rescue dog get to the next leg of its destination to get home. They said would leave around 4pm and arrive around midnight-1am to pick up the rescue dog; they would drive the dog to Indiana, where it would get on it's next leg. I never heard from them that night. They called and told us they were running late. They didn't arrive until 24 hrs later than they told us they would-allowing this dog to miss his transport; the whole experience was scary & upsetting
